Coach Profile

Coach Shawn Gaunt MS, CSCS

  • 25+ years in the athletic performance industry working with a range of college, high school, and middle school athletes

  • 8 years at the division 1 level: University of Tennessee, University of notre dame, & west Virginia University

  • 17 years in athletic performance at the high school level

  • USA Track & Field Level 1 coach & USAW Sport performance coach

2. Quick Call with Coach Gaunt
He’ll confirm fit, answer questions, and place your athlete in the right small group.
3. Train Weekly & Track Results
Your athlete trains 2x/week in 4-week training blocks with structured college‑level programming and regular testing to track real development.
Investment: $200/month for 2x/week elite small‑group training.

Our promise

If your athlete trains with us for their 1 month training block and doesn’t improve at least one measurable metric, Coach Gaunt will train them for free until they do.

  • Must attend at least 75% of sessions in that period

  • Must follow coaching instructions during training
